A shining band of cool green fire, distilling a white nectar which passes downward from the crown of the head, driving out impurities as black smoke.

There is a white sun in the form of an OM with rays that radiate out as different mantras. The sun within the heart draws the meditator upwards with the green light of purification and strength around him.
